Hot spicy cold noodles Cook the noodles in boiling water for 3 minutes, then drain. Rinse
them in cold water until they are cool, then set aside to drain.
Make the sauce by mixing together all of the other ingredients. Heat
about 4 T oil in a wok. When it is hot, pour i Peanut noodles Boil noodles in water according to package directions. For the last 4
minutes of the cooking time, add the green beans.
Whisk peanut butter, 3/4 cup water, rice vinegar, soy sauce, lime juice,
salt, and pepper in a bowl.
