slightly and cook uncovered, stirring a few times, until the potatoes

lowfat, low cholesterol salad. Combine rice, beans,
tomato, cheese (if desired), and parsley in large

until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice, sugar, and salt. chill until

Combine salad dressing with remaining ingredients; gently fold into

serving.

Warm turkey-and-sweet potato salad TO PREPARE DRESSING: Combine mustard and egg in large mixing bowl, mix well
and set aside. Place the cream and dried tarragon leaves in a small
saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat on the stove. Remove from
heat and whisk hot cream int Antipasto steak salad Heat coals or gas grill. Sprinkle beef with pepper. Cover and grill beef 4
to 6 inches from medium heat 15 to 18 minutes for medium doneness, turning
once. Cut beef across grain into thin slices.
Toss romaine, croutons, cheese and dressing. Top wi Dilled potato-apple salad Combine Potatoes & 2 C. Water in A Medium Saucepan; Bring To A Boil. Cover
Saucepan, Reduce Heat & Simmer For 15 Min. OR Until Tender. Drain & Let

Cook Snow Peas in A Small Avocado and smoked fish salad 1. Layer a dish with plastic wrap. Put the following in layers:
-avocado, mixed with lemon juice
-sour cream
-dill
-fish
-shallots

Cover with the plastic wrap. Put in a fridge for 15-20min. turn upside down, serve with a slice of lemon.
Ginger apple salad Combine above ingredients and chill. Serve on lettuce leaves. Nice,
garnished with slices of orange and mint leaves.
Ginger salad dressing Combine all ingredients in blender container or wok bowl of food processor fitted with steel knife; process until almost smooth. May be kept refrigerated up to one week.
Orange tapioca salad Mix tapioca puddings, jello and water, into large saucepan. Boil 2 minutes until orange clear. When cool, add oranges, when this starts to set add 1 pkg. Dream Whip which has been prepared. Mix and put in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
