DIRECTIONS:
Hitachi/Regal/Zojirushi (1) - Place all the ingredients except the
sunflower seeds in the machine, program for Raisin Bread, OR Mix Bread, and
press Start. When the beeper sounds, add the sunflower seeds.
DAK/Welbilt (2) - Have all the ingredients at room temperature. Place
all the ingredients except the sunflower seeds in the machine, program for
White Bread, and press Start. When the beeper sounds, add the sunflower
seeds.
Panasonic/National (3) - Place all the ingredients except the yeast and

walnuts. Shape in two 1-1/2 inch diameter rolls. Wrap in waxed paper; chill

Potato salad dressing * I use reduced fat mayonnaise instead of fatfree because I think the
fatfree is totally tasteless and why bother. I make this very rarely, so I
justify the use of the mayonnaise to myself.
This is better if you make the potato salad ahead of Pan rolls (from bread mix) Pan Rolls (this recipe is great for the BM using the dough setting)
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Blend in eggs and oil or
margarine. Add 5 cups bread mix. Blend well. Add additional bread mix to
make a soft, but not too stic Pepperoni pizza bread abm Measure carefully, placing all ingredients, except pepperoni, in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Add pepperoni at the raisin/nut signal, or 5 to 10 minutes before the last kneading cycle ends.

If machine has no 'add raisins' signal, add them about 5 minutes into the
