Potato salad with smoked turkey & artichoke 1. Place the potatoes in a steamer basket, set over boiling water,
cover and steam 20 to 25 minutes, or until tender. Cool, peel and
slice the potatoes; place in a large bowl. 2. Place the garlic in a

Rice salad Mix the rice, corn, peppers, kidney beans, and onion in a bowl.
Combine the vinegar, oil, tamari, mustard, and horseradish in a small bowl and pour over the other
ingredients.
Toss well.
White and green bean salad with tomatoes and basil In a deep pot, cover beas with 6-8 cups cold water. Add the thyme-salt.
Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to a gentle simmer,
skimming away any foam. Cover and cook until the beans are tender, about
90 minutes. Let cool in broth.

flour and seasonings; gradually add milk, stirring until thickened.

Prepare the basic Meat Loaf -- except spread the mixture into an ungreased
baking pan 9 X 9 X 2 or 8 X 8 X 2-inches. Omit the catsup and decrease
