Directions: Note: Didn't really measure the ingredients, ball park numbers in effect... in other words, do whatever looks good! Should coat about 20-30 wings.
Melt butter in saucepan, crush garlic and add to pan. Slightly brown garlic, add hot sauce.
Grill or fry wings. I marinate the wings in a little Paul Newman's Italian Dressing before grilling.
Halfway through grilling, cut a lime in half and throw one piece on the grill, cut side down.
Once wings are cooked, douse in lime juice from grilled lime. Allow to sit a minute and then add to the hot sauce!
Its that easy! :)
