1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 ts garlic salt
1 tb Italian spice
1/2 c dry milk
1 1/2 ts garlic powder
1 1/4 ts warm water
1/4 ts olive oil
Combine ingredients according to the manufacturer's directions. If you do not Five-spice pork stir fry Cook noodles in large pot of boiling salted water until almost tender but still firm to bite. Drain well, then return to pot.
Meanwhile, sprinkle pork with salt, pepper, and five-spice powder. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in medium skillet over high heat. Add po Cajun-style red beans & brown rice them last, to taste, if you can't tolerate the spicy heat.)
Wash beans and then soak for 12 hours. (I never soak beans and never have
any gas unless I eat them with milk.)

Barbecued indian spice turkey Trim halved turkey breast slices of all fat and skin. Butterfly meat by
using a sharp knife, starting in center of one long side and cutting in
half to within 1/2" of second long side, open meat like a book (using
partially frozen turkey make Chili ( black bean with toasted spice seasoning ) Drain beans. Place in a large pot & add 8 c water. Bring to a boil.
Add peppers, ginger, bay leaf & 1/2 c cilantro. Cover & simmer for 1
1/2 to 2 hours. Remove from heat & discard bay leaf.
Place cumin seeds in a pot & toas Lemon spice tea * Stick cinnamon sould be broken up into small pieces.
