Grilled spice-rubbed skirt steak Special equipment: a charcoal grill and a bag of hardwood charcoal, or a
gas grill

Mince garlic and mash to a paste with kosher salt. Stir together spices in
a b Cajun roast chicken Heat oven to 400^. Melt the butter. Mince the garlic. Combine the
melted butter, the garlic, 2 ts. salt, the paprika, basil, thyme and
cayenne. Brush the entire chicken with the butter mixture and put it

Add peppers, ginger, bay leaf & 1/2 c cilantro. Cover & simmer for 1

Combine all ingredients, except halibut, in a bowl and mix well.
Sprinkle about 1/2 tsp. spice mixture over each halibut steak. Broil 10
minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
Save remaining spice mixt Chocolate zucchini spice cake Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, baking soda,
baking powder, cinamon, nutmeg, orange peel and cocoa. In another bowl,
combine egg, sugar and extracts. Mix well. Add wet mixture and zucchini to
dry ingredients, mixing j Cajun prime rib Remove fat cap off top of meat (butcher can do this for you) and
save. Place the roast, standing on the rib bones, in a very large
roasting pan. Then with a knife make several dozen punctures through
the silver skin so seasoning can permeate meat. Pour Cajun lentil stew Heat the oil on a 3-qt saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion
and garlic and cook, stirring until softened. Add the water and bay
leaf and bring to a boil. Stir in the lentils and return to a boil.
Reduce the heat and simmer 30 minutes. Carrot spice bread DIRECTIONS: Place all ingredients except yeast and water into baking pan.

tender, with the bay leaves.
Add onion, thyme, garlic, parsley, green pepper & salt to pot, simmer over

In a 2-cup measure combine water, honey, lemon slices and cinnamon.

corn syrup.

1 tb Italian spice
1/2 c dry milk
1 1/2 ts garlic powder
1 1/4 ts warm water
1/4 ts olive oil
Combine ingredients according to the manufacturer's directions. If you do not Yorkshire spice bread 1/2 ts cinnamon 1/2 ts nutmeg 1 tb dried orange peel 1/4 c powdered sugar 2
1/2 cups & 2 tb bread flour 1 egg 2 tb olive oil 2 tb butter 1/2 tb maple
syrup 3/4 c warm milk 1/2 c raisins
Use mix cycle and add raisins at the beep. For those Five-spice pork stir fry Cook noodles in large pot of boiling salted water until almost tender but still firm to bite. Drain well, then return to pot.
Meanwhile, sprinkle pork with salt, pepper, and five-spice powder. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in medium skillet over high heat. Add po Spice molasses cookies Cream shortening, sugar, molasses, and egg.
Mix dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
Refrigerate 30 minutes. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll in additional amount sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes on greased cookie sheet.
Cajun ribs Cooking Directions
Cut ribs into serving-size pieces. Combine seasonings together well and rub on all surfaces of ribs. Place ribs on covered grill over indirect heat and cook, turning every 15 minutes, for 1 1/2 hours.
