Jicama Salad



Ingredients:
1 medium Jicama; peeled sliced 1/4 c Water; (Jicamas are similar to 1/4 c Vinegar; to big chestnuts)
1/4 Cup(s) Cilantro; chopped 1/4 ts Black pepper;
1 large Carrot; grated 1/4 ts Salt;
Directions: In a plastic or glass bowl, mix all ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
