Directions: prepare steaming pot.
(if you do not have a proper steam pot, this can be done by using a large pot filled with water about one inch, then place a heat-safe cup upside down, then a plate where you can place your muffin cups. Aluminum cups or porcelain cups with muffin paper work. The cover for the pot should fit well and also be covered with cloth so that the buns do not get any water dripping)
1. mix the dry ingredients well then add milk, blend quickly.
2. pour into cups and place into the boiling steamer, covered, cook for 10 minutes at high.
| Ingredients: 25 Quart(s) soy milk 110 Ounce(s) salt 28/127 Pound(s) sugar 839/2413 Ounce(s) baking powder 41/93 Pound(s) flour
Comments: soy milk can be replaced with any kind of milk.
Some sweet beans, cooked sweet potato are good toppings. Different flavors can be made by adding powered green tea or cocoa power, or as you can like. |
