Ingredients:
5 egg
1 1/2 Ounce(s) seasoned croutons
2 Pound(s) minced garlic
2/3 chopped green onion
1 chopped carrot
1 chopped onion
163/1000 Pound(s) butter
1 uncooked rice
2 Ounce(s) soy sauce
1 Ounce(s) black pepper
1 Ounce(s) salt
Directions: Cook rice according to package directions (I use Minute). In a large skillet, melt butter. Add both kinds of onions and carrots. Saute until onions are translucent. Set aside. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Place sesame seeds in a shallow pan and bake for 10 minutes, turning occasionally. Lightly grease another skillet. Beat eggs and pour into skillet; scramble. Combine rice, vegetables, sesame seeds, and eggs. Add soy sauce and seasonings, stir. Serve immediately. You could also add cooked chicken to this dish.

Comments: Japanese steakhouse style. Now I know why they call it fried.
