Directions: 1. Add oil to a 6qt pan over med. heat. Add pork. 2. Stir until meat is browned, and remove pork from pan. 3. Add sliced onions and stir until limp, about 5 mins. 4. Return meat to pan and add liquids, bring to a boil. 5. Add potatoes, white part of green onions, pepper, and sugar. 6. When it returns to a boil, turn down and simmer for 50 minutes, or until potatoes are cooked. 7. Stir in green onion tops, and serve. Very nice on top of a bed of rice.
