Sweet potatoe puree with marshmallows Bake or boil sweet potatoes in jackets until tender, about 45 minutes. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Scoop pulp from skins into large bowl. Add butter; mash with potato masher until smooth. Add sugar; mix well. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each. Sate manis - sweet satay Cut beef or pork into 3/4 inch cubes. Thread 4-5 cubes on each bamboo
skewer, not pushing them too close together. If skewers have been soaked
in cold water for an hour or so beforehand, it prevents them burning when
satay is cooked. Combine Whipped sweet potatoes with nutmeg and lemon Cook sweet potatoes in large pot of boiling salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain well. Transfer to large bowl and puree in mixer or processor in batches. Return to pot. Mix in butter, molasses, 2 teaspoons lemon peel and 1 1/2 teaspoons nutm Baked italian-style meatballs PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
SHAPE into 24 meatballs, using about 1/4 cup of the meat mixture for each meatball. Place in single layer in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pans.
BAKE 20 min. or until cooked through.
Stuffed cabbage rolls In a medium bowl cover brown rice with hot water and soak for 3 hours.
Drain. In a 2-quart saucepan combine rice, 3 cups water, and 1 1/2 t
salt. Simmer covered for 40 minutes or until the liquid is absorbed.
Add the dillseed, marjoram, and 1 Italian chopped salad Whisk first 4 ingredients in medium bowl to blend. Season dressing to taste
with salt and pepper.
Place remaining ingredients in large bowl. Toss with enough dressing to
coat. Season salad with salt and pepper.

Dinner rolls Dissolve yeast in warm water and melted butter. Mix in egg and sugar; add flout salt, dry milk. Knead and let rise until double. Form into rolls, place in greased pan and let rise again. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
Italian new potato bake MIX oil, garlic, Italian seasoning and salt with wire whisk until well blended. Pour over potatoes in large bowl. Add grated topping; mix lightly.
PLACE in 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
BAKE at 400°F for 45 minutes, stirring after 20 minutes.
