Directions: Spread popcorn in jelly-roll pan. In small bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except spray. Spray popcorn for 7-8 seconds with cooking spray. Immediatley sprinkle with cheese-herb mixture. Toss to combine. Store in tightly covered container.
