Italian Pasta and Beef Bake



Ingredients:
1/12 Ounce(s) oregano, dried
4/23 Ounce(s) basil, dried
4 1/2 Ounce(s) mushrooms, canned
14 1/2 Can(s) can tomato, canned
16 Ounce(s) can tomato sauce
1 Pound(s) ground beef
8 Ounce(s) penne pasta
1/12 Ounce(s) salt
1/2 mozzarella cheese, shredded
Directions: #1 Heat oven to 350'F. Spray 2 quart baking dish with nonstick spray #2 Cook penne per package directiions to desired tenderness, drain, keep warm #3 In large skillet, brown groiund beef and drain. Add tomato sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms, basil, oregano, and salt. Mix well, bring to a boil. Remove from heat #4 In sprayed baking dish combine beef mixture and pasta; mix well. Spray sheet of foil with nonstick spray and place sprayed side down over beef mixture. #5 Bake at 3 50'F for 15 minutes. Uncover dish, sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered for an additional 5-10 minutes or until casserole is bubbly and cheese melts.
