Ingredients: 1 Bunch(s) chopped fresh parsley 1 Ounce(s) black pepper 163/625 Pound(s) shredded low fat cheddar cheese 1/4 Cup(s) shredded part-skim mozzarella grated cheese 1 Ounce(s) salt 1 Pint(s) fat-free half and half 3/8 Pint(s) egg substitute 5/8 Pound(s) “at least” 95% fat-free baked ham 8 Package(s) macaroni 6 chicken bouillon 8 Cup(s) water 5/16 Cup(s) grated parmesan cheese |
Directions: 1.In large pot, heat water and bouillon cubes. When boiling, add macaroni. Cook “al dente”—firm to taste. Drain pasta well.
2.Cut ham into thin small strips. Add a layer of pasta over bottom of casserole dish. Sprinkle with a layer of ham and parsley. Continue process until all pasta, ham, parsley are gone.
3.In a bowl, whisk egg mixture, half and half, salt, and pepper. Pour over macaroni. Top with cheeses.
4.Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes or until set and lightly golden on top. Set-aside 10 minutes before serving.
