Iceberg salad with ginger dressing To prepare dressing:
Combine the first 12 ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth.
To prepare salad:
Combine lettuce and remaining ingredients in a medium bowl. Drizzle
dressing over salad; toss gently to coat.

Warm grilled potato and fennel salad with herbed buttermilk dressing Preheat the grill to medium-high.
Place the potatoes in the center of a double thickness of heavy aluminum foil. Toss with 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of the oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Wrap up in the foil, turning up the edges to seal. Place Anita's italian herb bread Crust light. Bake.
Grilled vegetable salad with old bay dressing Grill all vegetables, chop into bite size pieces and toss with dressing.
Sliced tomatoes with pesto dressing 1. In blender or food processor, combine vinegar, basil, garlic, salt, sugar, cheese, and oil. Whirl or process until smooth and well combined. Let stand at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors. Stir well with a whisk or fork before using. Southern dressing Put your egg bread in large mixing bowl. Break your 1/2 slice of bread in
small pieces. add eggs, butter, stock, onions and celery. Add some salt
and pepper to taste.
I always use a potato masher to get it mixed well. I always put enough
stock to make Lamb salad with gremolata dressing Mix olive oil through Parmesan thoroughly for the dressing.
Grill lamb tenderloins until medium rare.
Toss mixed greens, roasted red pepper, red onion and small amount of
dressing to coat greens.
Serve lamb tenderloins over salad and drizzle with more "houston's" honey mustard dressing Mix all ingredients together with wire whisk until mayo can't be seen.
Refrigerate several hours.
Great also as a dip with chicken fingers and as a spread on ham or turkey
club sandwiches.
Donna's cornbread, sausage and jalapeno dressing "This is a twist on the traditional cornbread dressing. If you like jalapenos - you will love this dressing! It's spicy without being hot. My family requests it every year and they are hard to please!"

Serves: 10 Southern italian ratatouille Heat 2 T of the olive oil in a large saute pan over medium high heat until
hot. Add the mushrooms and cook, without moving them, until brown on one
side, about 1 minute. Continue to saute for another 1-2 minutes. Lower
the heat ot medium, add the leek, Hot pepper dressing Combine vinegar, oil, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, garlic powder and
black pepper in a small bowl or cruet. Mix well. Use as a dressing
for you favorite salad.
Prep. time: 10 minutes
Italian style stuffing In a large skillet cook bacon in olive oil until about halfway done. Add
celery and onion and cook until transparent. Pour off fat from skillet and
use it to cook giblets, then prosciutto, then liver until done. (Freeze the
liver to make it easier to cho Waldorf salad dressing Place the yogurt in a small bowl. Add the whipped topping and gently fold in. Then gently fold in the lemon peel and nutmeg.
Wild rice dressing Rinse wild rice in a strainer under cold running water for 1 min. In med

chopped boiled egg and chopped celery. Add boiling broth to mixture. Add

Kartoffelsalat m/biermarinade(potato salad/beer dressing) Boil potatoes in medium-size saucepan until just tender. Peel and slice.
Fry bacon until crisp. Break into small pieces and mix with onion, celery
and salt; set aside. Stir melted butter and flour in a small saucepan
until blended. Add must Potato salad with buttermilk dressing Scrub and halve potatoes lengthwise.
Bring large pot of salted water to boil. Add potatoes; cover and return to
boil. Cook for 15 minutes or until fork-tender.
Dressing: In large bowl, whisk together buttermilk, yogurt, dill, vinegar,

in the following fashion: Make thin slices down to within 1/8" of the
base, move the turnip a half turn clockwise & make similar slices

Wild rice pilaf with ginger dressing Not only does this dish taste great but it looks pretty as well. The fresh ginger dressing goes nicely with the nutty flavor of wild rice and adds a new twist to this dish.

dressing is also great on sandwiches as well as salads. It will keep at
least a week in the refrigerator.

"thyme and thyme again" dressing Place all ingredients in a jar, seal tightly, and shake vigorously
for 10 seconds. Use immediately or refrigerate. Shake again before
serving. If kept refrigerated, the vinaigrette should keep for up to
two weeks.
Makes 1 cup
Italian spice bread 3 c bread flour
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 ts garlic salt
1 tb Italian spice
1/2 c dry milk
1 1/2 ts garlic powder
1 1/4 ts warm water
1/4 ts olive oil
Combine ingredients according to the manufacturer's directions. If you do not Creamy italian dressing Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Shake well before using.
Danish blue cheese dressing Combine ingredients in order given, blending well after each addition.
Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Stir before using.
Pawpaw seed dressing with parsley Here is an adaption from Hawaii of an unusual and healthy salad
dressing featuring pawpaw seeds. These peppery seeds have a
traditional reputation for assisting the digestion. An added
advantage is knowing that you are going to use most of those
glistenin Versatile nutty dressing Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor; process to desired smoothness. Makes
1-1/4 cups.
Suggestions:
* For a green salad, toss with a variety of greens, chunky raw vegetables and chickpeas.
* For cole slaw, toss with shredded cabbage and Italian tortellini stew Combine all ingredients except tortellini in crock pot. Mix well. Cover and cook on Low setting for at least 6 hours. When ready to serve, increase heat to High setting. Add tortellini. Cook and
additional 20 minutes or until tortellini are soft. NOTES : Italian turkey burgers Preheat to 450 degrees. In a large bowl, combine turkey, oregano, basil,
garlic powder, and onion flakes. Mix well and shape into 8 patties. Place
patties in a shallow baking pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick
cooking spray. Bake 15 minutes, until Fruit dressing for fruit salad In blender jar combine lemonade, ginger, orange bits, mace and allspice.
Blend until smooth. stir in sour cream.
Serve with any fruit salad.
Mixed greens salad with balsamic dressing and warm goat chee Goat cheese rounds are made by scooping a ball of room temperature goat
cheese with a small ice cream scoop. Shape into flattened balls and press
into italian bread crumbs.
Bake in 350F oven for about 5 minutes. Let cool slightly or the cheese
will be t Baked italian-style meatballs PREHEAT oven to 400°F. Mix all ingredients until well blended.
SHAPE into 24 meatballs, using about 1/4 cup of the meat mixture for each meatball. Place in single layer in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pans.
BAKE 20 min. or until cooked through.
Designer salad with raspberry dressing Wash the lettuces and break into bite-sized pieces. Dry them thoroughly and
place in a salad bowl. To make the dressing, place the vinegar in a bowl
and whisk in the cream, salt and pepper. Whisk until frothy. Slowly beat in
the oil. Taste and adjus Italian asparagus rice salad Combine cheese and breadcrumbs in a medium bowl. Coat each chicken breast with breadcrumb mixture.
