Directions: Take a can of juice-packed peaches or pineapple. Freeze it for several
hours. (That's right, just put the can in the freezer!) Open and dump
frozen contents into food processor with metal chopping blade in place or
into a blender. Process until desired consistency. Enjoy!
Note: You can also do this with frozen bananas. I find this is a good way
to use them this time of year when they get over-ripe so quickly. Freeze
them* in "zip-lock" type bags - peeling them when frozen can give you
frostbite! They end up very creamy--like very rich ice cream...but with no
added fat,sugar, etc... *w/o peels

I just wanted to thank everyone for their inspired burrito suggestions. I
will try them all! Until then, I have come up with a surprisingly
delicio "english" muffins (bakestone recipes) (Note: Over here, and in England, these are just called "muffins", and are
the ones in the song about the Muffin Man who lives in Drury Lane. They did
actually sell them door-to-door every morning in London until the turn of
the century "rotel tomatoes" quart water into saucepan in advance, and mark on outside of pan, to help
you judge)
Freeze in 1 cup portions.
This way you can adjust the hot peppers to suit yourself, and making small
batches is so easy!
"the highlands" bourbon balls Combine pecans and bourbon; wait at least 3 hours for pecans to absorb

peel, puree, retain seeds Combine all ingredients except frozen berries and

fricot was once synomous "rotel" mashed potatoes Mix potatoes, Rotel and sour cream in a large bowl. Spoon into a 2-quart
baking dish. Bake 25 minutes at 350. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an

"i can't believe this is a passover cake" yellow cake Technically, this recipe is a cross between a true sponge cake, a classic
genoise and a chiffon cake. I like it because I do not have to separate the
egg whites and yet I get a well- textured cake. It is an exceedingly MOIST
cake that keep well an Injera ("sour dough") Combine the flours and yeast in a ceramic or glass bowl. Add the warm
water and mix into a fairly thin, smooth batter. Let the mixture sit
for three full days at room temperature. Stir the mixture once a
day. It will bubble and rise.
Whe Skillet beef "stew" and noodles In saucepot, cook noodles as directed.
Trim fat from steak and cun into 1 1/2" chunks. Thinly slice carrots and onions. Cut mushrooms in half.

1. Melt margarine in large non-stick skillet over low heat. Add onions and
cook, stir "trash bag" taco salad Brown beef, drain. Add taco seasoning and prepare according to package
directions. Cool. Toss with remaining ingredients in a large plastic bag or
container.
"chinese" chicken salad -by david cassidy Wash and pat dry the chicken and cut into cubes. Heat olive oil in a
skillet. Toss the chicken cubes in teriyaki sauce and ground ginger. Add
to the skillet and fry, stirring constantly, until cooked through. Set
aside to cool.
Wash and chop a "knatten"s wormwood rice wine for cooking Put rice and water directly into the container. Scald the raisins before
adding them as they contain wild yeast. Stir the yeast in some lukewarm
water and add to the container together with the boiled water which is now

pizza on greased cookie sheet; sprinkle remaining ingredients over pizza.
Bake on middle oven rack at 425 for 15-17 minutes or until cheese melts.
TIP: Do not bake this re "fried" green tomatoes Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a shallow dish, combine cornmeal, bread
crumbs, paprika, salt, pepper and cayenne, if desired; set aside.
Lightly coat a baking sheet with vegetable cooking spray; set aside. Dip
each tomato slice in egg white mix "spanish" chicken In a skillet heat the oil, and brown the chicken. Remove to a platter and
keep warm. To the skillet add the onions and garlic, cooking over medium
heat, stirring occasionally, 3-4 minutes. Add the flour, wine and chicken
broth, stirring with a "licking' good" beef steak Cut steak into serving size pieces.Brown on both sides in 3 tablespoons oil
to which you have added lemon slices. Remove steak to pan large enough in
which to bake it. Layer onions and garlic over meat.Sprinkle flour over
top. Now combine bouillon Lentil and bulgur cakes (vegetarian "kibbeh") Combine lentils, water and dash salt in heavy saucepan. Bring to boil over high heat, then simmer until lentils are tender, about 20 minutes. Add more hot water if needed. Stir in 1/2 cup butter and bulgur. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
