A few hours in advance, marinate mashed tofu with tomatoes that have been sprinkled with oregano.

sauce and cheese. Bake 30 minutes or until sides are golden brown. **Note:

Dissolve yeast and sugar in water. Proof 5 minutes. Pour into mixer bowl.
Gradually mix in 2 cups flour and salt using paddle attachment. Change to
