Directions: Put dry goods into two quart saucepan on medium heat.
Stir constantly until powders are warm, take care not to let the sugar caramelize.
When the powder mixture is warm, add 1/4 cup milk and bring to a boil.
Still stirring, set a timer from two to five minutes depending on how thick you like your hot chocolate(two is thinner, five is thicker).
When the timer goes off, add the rest of the milk, and bring back to warm.
Just before serving, mix in the vanilla, then pour into four cups.
