Ingredients: 2 15.5 oz., rinsed and drained black-eyed peas, canned 1 chopped green bell pepper 4 diced celery 2 chopped onion, yellow 1/2 Ounce(s) canola oil 1/2 smoked, 1/2 inch thick ham 417/10000 Ounce(s) hot pepper sauce 1/3 Bunch(s) chopped parsley, fresh |
Directions: Cut the ham into 1/2 inch cubes. Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onion, celery and black pepper; cook until softened, 8 to 10 minutes. Stir in ham, black-eyed peas, and hot pepper sauce; cook until heated through, about 5
minutes more. Stir in parsley just before serving and season to taste with black pepper. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Skinny macaroni salad combine all ingred excpt pasta in glass bowl. Cover & let stand at room
temp. for 1 hour. Just before serving fold in the pasta.
White bean salad with grilled shiitake, shallots and smoked sturgeon Mix the cook beans with the shallots, the mustard and the olive oil, make sure that the dressing just coats the beans but that it is not runny.
