Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) honey
1/4 Cup(s) dijon mustard
2 Tablespoon(s) fresh parsley,--or 2 tsp dried
3 Teaspoon(s) sesame seeds
1 Tablespoon(s) lemon juice
2 garlic, minced
1/2 Teaspoon(s) pepper
8 chicken breast halves boneless, skinless
3 medium onions,cut into inch slices
Directions: Heat grill. In a small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients; mix well. Set aside. Sprinkle pepper on both sides of chicken. When ready to grill, place chicken on gas grill over low heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 5 minutes. Turn chicken and place onion slices on grill. Brush chicken and onions with glaze. C ook an additional 5-10 minutes or until onions are tender and with glaze. Heat any remaining glaze to a boil and serve with chicken.
