blender.
Apples with walnuts and honey Cook the apples in a pot together with the sugar, lemon peel, cinnamon and
a splash of water. Simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the water has
evaporated and the apples are soft. Set aside and cool. Remove the lemon
peel and cinnamon and divide the app Chicken parmigiana Combine Crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken in egg and bread crumbs. Bake for 3 min. in microwave turning dish once. Combine spaghetti sauce. garlic salt and oregano. Put in 13x9 glass baking dish. Place chicken on top and bake at 350 for 40 min. Top Mustard crusted salmon Preheat the oven to 400F .
On a large sheet of foil, drizzle the beets with 1 T of olive oil and
season with salt and pepper. Wrap the beets tightly in the foil and roast
until very tender, about 45 minutes. While the beets roast, drizzle the
