Porterhouse steak with hoisin barbecue sauce and rosemary Split potatoes in half and place in medium size bowl. Add 2 tablespoons oil and the garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Strip the leaves, except at the top, of the rosemary.
Mince 1 tablespoon of rosemary leaves and add to the potatoes. Starting with the Yogurt tandoori marinade 10 ml / 2 tsp sunflower oil

Jim's teriyaki marinade & bbq sauce Whisk together all the ingredients except the corn starch. Marinade the
meat long enough to flavor and tenderize- 1 hr for young chicken breasts or
fish, overnight for round steak and up to 5 days for some game cuts.
BBQ and baste with the mari Barbequed scallops hoisin Alternately thread the red pepper and scallops on wooden skewers, beginning
and ending with peppers.
Mix together the Hoisin, soy, sherry, and sugar. Brush the shellfish and
peppers with the sauce, coating well.
Grill the kebobs over hot coals 4 Herb and oil marinade Combine ingredients. Allow meat to marinate in shallow glass dish for
4 hours in refrigerator. Baste with marinade during broiling or

Honey curried chicken In an oiled Baking Dish, arrange chicken skin side down. Combine all

refridgerate 1 hour. (or more if you wish). Drain into cup excess
sauce and bake chicken, uncovered in 375 degree Honey glazed carrots Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Toss carrots with onion, and add Worcestershire sauce, oregano, monosodium glutamate, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Bake for 45 minutes, or until tender. Turn oven off Meat marinade Mix together and let meat soak in it for at least 2-3 hours. We marinade steak overnight in this recipe. It may take multiplying this recipe a few times for more meat. I have never used it without multiplying it.
Citrus marinade and salsa (for chicken or fish) For marinade, in a 1-cup measure combine lemon juice, sherry, oil,
oregano, and garlic salt. Set aside 2 tablespoons. Pour remaining
into a plastic bag in a bowl; add chicken or fish. Close bag; chill
1 hour, turning once.
For salsa, Lemon parsley marinade In medium bowl stir together all marinade ingredients. Use to marinate 2
pounds chicken. Cook as desired. Yield: 1 1/4 cups.

Honey crunch baked apples * Apples should be peeled if desired, but in all cases, cored.
Place the apples in a 9-inch square baking pan. In a bowl combine the
cereal, dates, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice and 3 tb of honey.
Spoon equal amounts of the filling into each Lemon marinade. 15 ml 1 tbsp sunflower oil. 1 Clove garlic, crushed. Juice of half a lemon.
Ground black pepper. 30 ml 2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs, or 2,5 ml half tsp
dried mixed herbs.
Mix all ingredients together. Leave to marinade for at least half an hour.
South seas marinade Mix all ingredients together is a medium size bowl. To use, add poultry
and marinate in the refrigerator 4 hours or overnight. Makes about 1-1/4
