Ingredients: 1 1/3 Cup(s) butter 32 Ounce(s) honey 4 Ounce(s) corn syrup, dark 10 Pound(s) ready to eat ham, block 4 43/249 Ounce(s) cloves, whole |
Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
2. Score ham, and stud with the whole cloves. Place ham in foil lined pan.
3. In the top half of a double boiler: heat the corn syrup, honey and butter. Keep glaze warm while baking ham.
4. Brush glaze over ham, and bake
for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
5. Baste ham every 10 to 15 minutes with the honey glaze.
6. During the last 4 to 5 minutes of baking, turn on broiler to carmelize the glaze.
7. Remove from oven, and let sit a few minutes before serving.

Place the apples in a 9-inch square baking pan. In a bowl combine the
cereal, dates, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice and 3 tb of honey.

Honey mustard wings 1. In large bowl, mix soup mix, honey and mustard. Set aside.
2. Cut wings at joints and discard tips. Add to soup mixture. Toss to coat.
3. Place chicken in baking pan. Bake at 400'F. 45 minutes or until chicken
is done, turning once.

Glazed salmon Mix together glaze ingredients and coat salmon. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes and baste/add more glaze as it cooks. Yum!
Honey ginger grilled salmon 1. In a large self-closing plastic bag, combine first six ingredients; mix well. Place salmon in bag and seal tightly. Turn bag gently to distribute marinade.
2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or up to 30 minutes for stronger flavor. Turn bag occasionally.

Sourdough honey whole wheat bread Dissolve yeast in 1 cup warm water. Mix yeast, starter, honey, salt and
shortening with 3 cups flour. Add more flour as needed to make a stiff
dough. Knead 150 strokes on a floured surface and place in a greased
bowl. Cover and let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hou Honey pecan salmon Mix together mustard, butter and honey in a small bowl; set aside. Mix together bread crumbs, pecans and parsley in a small bowl; set aside. Season each salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet or broiling pan. Brush Honey garlic chicken wings Rinse chicken and pat dry. Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each wing at joint to make two sections. Sprinkle wing parts with salt and pepper. Place wings on a broiler pan. Food' Glazed cinnamon rolls 1. In a medium saucepan, combine the potato chunks with water to cover.
Bring to a boil, reduce the heat to low, and cook, uncovered, until tender,
about 20 minutes. Drain the potato, reserving 1 cup of the liquid. Let the
potato water cool to 105 to 1 Broiled lamb chops with mustard honey glaze Mix together first 5 ingredients. Trim excess fat from chops, place chops
on grill. Generously spread chops with half of spice mixture and baste
during grilling.
Cascabel chile and honey glaze Rehydrate the cascabel chiles by soaking them in warm water for about
2 hours before using them.
Drain the chiles and place them with the honey, chicken stock, tomato pure,

2. Line a baking sheet with foil. Place chicken, skin-side down on prepared pan. Brush sauce on top of chicken; coat well.
