Honey Garlic Chicken Wings
Ingredients: 1/2 Pinch(s) salt 1/4 olive oil 1/4 black pepper 4 crushed garlic 2 honey 1/2 ketchup 1 soya sauce 24 chicken, drumettes and tips |
Directions: Rinse chicken and pat dry. Cut off and discard wing tips. Cut each wing at joint to make two sections. Sprinkle wing parts with salt and pepper. Place wings on a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 20 minutes, 10 minutes for each side or until chicken is brown. Transfer chicken to Crock-Pot. For sauce, combine honey, ketchup, soy sauce, oil, and garlic in mixing bowl. Pour over chicken wings. Cover and cook on Low 4 to 5 hours or on High
2 to 2 1/2 hours. If desired garnish with sesame seeds.

Directions:
Take your chicken wings and sprinkle with some cayenne (little if you don't like spicy, more if you like spicy). Salt and pepper and then pour your favorite barbecue sauce over them...make sure they are completely covered...cook on high for about 3-4 hours...(caution they do burn so stir them occasionally or cook on low) |
