Homemade V8 Juice



Ingredients:
15 Pound(s) Fully ripe tomatoes;chopped
2 Cup(s) Celery;chopped
3 large Onions; chopped
3 Garlic cloves; minced/mashed
1/4 Cup(s) Sugar; or to taste Salt
3/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
2 Teaspoon(s) Prepared horseradish
1/3 Cup(s) Lemon juice Worcestershire to taste
Directions: Over medium high heat bring the vegetables to a boil and boil gently for about 20 minutes. In a covered blender (food processor) and a portion at a time process until smooth.
