Small holiday fruitcakes Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan over low heat or in the oven. Do not allow
to burn. Set aside to cool.
Cream the butter and sugar together, add egg and mix well. Mix the brandy,

Holiday cheddar date cake Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F. and grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan; set aside. In a large bowl, beat the butter and brown sugar with an electric mixer on medium, until well blended. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Holiday loaf (helen) Prepare rice (begin with 7/8 cup brown and 1/8 cup wild, uncooked and add
to 2 cups boiling water). I just used my rice cooker and cold water and it
turned out great. Make cashew milk using 1/2 cup cashews blended with 1/2

Place cherries and water in a bowl and soak cherries until ready to use.

Add milk and quickly moisten. Roll out dough on floured board. Cut biscuits
in round 2" shapes. Bake at 350 degrees, 12 to 15 minutes.
Peanutty stuffed eggs Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Carefully remove yolks and blend with peanut
butter and mustard. Spoon mixture into whites. Cover and chill
thoroughly.

Perrins, and salt; blend well. Shape into a ball. Chill and serve with
assorted crackers, if desired. HARLEQUIN CHEESE BALL: Add 2 tablespoons
finely diced pimiento, 1 t Holiday raisin cookies Cream butter and sugar. Beat in yolk and salt.
Mix in flour just to blend thoroughly.
Mix in raisins to distribute evenly.
On lightly floured surface, roll into a 12" long.
Wrap securely and refrigerate at least 1 hour and up to 1 week.
Wi Mamawiddums' deviled eggs Put eggs in pot, cold, water, then heat to boiling, low boil. Approximate: 15 minutes.
Cut eggs in half.
Put egg yolks in a bowl.
Mix ingredients, may adjust to taste. Place mix in eggs.
Garnish as desired with paprika.
Eggs motul style * There should be about 1/2 cup of the shredded cheese. In a large
saucepan, soak the beans overnight in the water. (Or bring to
boiling, simmer for 2 minutes, cover and let stand for 1 hour.) Do
not drain. Add the 1/4 cup of onion, garlic Baked eggs and sausage breakfast/brunch casserole Combine eggs and milk. Add cheese, bread, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, pork sausage. Mix well. Pour into 9" x 13" pan, greased. Cover and let refrigerate overnight.

Boiled eggs in crepes In large bowl, place flour and salt. Whisk in 3 eggs till smooth. Whisk in milk and water, strain batter through sieve into another bowl. Mix in melted butter, herb, and paprika. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 1 hour (or refrigerate overnight).
