Directions: *note; ultra gel and baking booster are only required when using rice flour if using wheat flour disregaurd these 2 ingrdients.
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease

2. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
3. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat on medium spead for 2 min, or mix by hand.
4. Stir in boiling water -- bater will become thin-- and pour into pans.
5. Bake for 30-35 min or until pick in center comes out clean. For cupcakes bake 22-25 min (makes about 30 cupcakes).
cool 10 min. and remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely, then frost and enjoy!
