Hershey's Chocolate Cake



Ingredients:
1 27/625 Pound(s) sugar
649/711 Pound(s) flour
1/4 Quart(s) milk
1/6 Ounce(s) salt
1/3 Ounce(s) vanilla extract
2 egg
163/10000 Pound(s) baking soda
6 Ounce(s) cocoa powder
1/8 Quart(s) vegetable oil
1/4 Ounce(s) baking powder
1 Cup(s) Boiling water
2 ultra gel
2 baking booster
Directions: *note; ultra gel and baking booster are only required when using rice flour if using wheat flour disregaurd these 2 ingrdients. 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & Flour two 9 in round pan or one 9x13 in pan 2. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. 3. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat on medium spead for 2 min, or mix by hand. 4. Stir in boiling water -- bater will become thin-- and pour into pans. 5. Bake for 30-35 min or until pick in center comes out clean. For cupcakes bake 22-25 min (makes about 30 cupcakes). cool 10 min. and remove from pan to wire rack to cool completely, then frost and enjoy!
