Ingredients:
1 Teaspoon(s) Dried Rosemary Leaves
1 Teaspoon(s) Dried Basil Leaves
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
1 Teaspoon(s) Oil
2 Centiliter(s) Garlic, minced
1 Pound(s) Boneless Sirloin Steak
Directions: Heat barbecue grill. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except steak; mix well. Rub both sides of steak with herb mixture. When ready to grill, place steak on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals; cover grill. Cook 10 to 15 minutes until steak is of desired doneness, turning once.
