Directions: Melt margarine in a saucepan over medium heat; add green onions and garlic and saute 2 minutes. Add flour, and stir well. Gradually add
milk, and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium-low, and cook 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat; stir in cheeses and herbs.
Serve over macaroni. Garnish with green onion.
Suggestion: Saute red and green pepper strips with the onion. Add chicken breast strips.
