Herbed Mushroom Stuffing



Ingredients:
1 Pound(s) fresh mushrooms; sliced
2 Cup(s) sliced celery
1 1/2 Cup(s) chopped onion
1/2 Cup(s) butter or margarine
1/2 Cup(s) water; up to 3/4
5 Teaspoon(s) instant chicken bouillon or 5 bouillon
12 Cup(s) dry bread crumbs
1 Can(s) water chestnuts; drained and
1 Tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
2 Teaspoon(s) poultry seasoning
1/2 Teaspoon(s) rubbed sage
1/4 Teaspoon(s) pepper
Directions: In skillet, cook mushrooms, celery and onion in butter until tender. Add water and bouillon; cook until bouillon dissolves. In large bowl, combine remaining ingredients; stir in bouillon mixture. Stuff turkey before roasting. Place remaining stuffing in greased baking dish; bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
