fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add enough cold water to
make soft dough. Wrap in waxed paper and chill 2 hours.

remaining ingredients. Mix well and smooth the top. Bake at 350 until top
is browned, about 40 minutes.

cal Cheese spread Have butter, cheddar, and romano cheeses at room temperature. In a medium bowl, whip butter, cheeses, Worchestershire sauce, garlic powder, and paprika slowly on low speed with mixer until fluffy.
Use as spread for sourdough or French bread; toast under Vidalia onion risotto with feta cheese Heat oil in saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, and
saute 1 minute. Stir in rice. Add 1/2 cup broth; cook until liquid is
nearly absorbed, stirring constantly. Add the remaining broth, 1/2
cup at a time, stirring constantly until each Herbed garlic croutons In a large skillet, heat margarine. Add seasonings. Cook for about 1
minute to soften. Stir in bread cubes and saute until browned and crisp.
Scatter on tops of soups or salads just before serving.

VARIATIONS: - try other seasonings of your Creamy four-cheese macaroni Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup; level with a knife. Place flour in a large saucepan. Gradually add milk, stirring with a whisk until blended. Cook over medium heat until thick (about 8 minutes), stirring constantly Hot-cheese mushroom fondue In a 3-quart saucepan, heat soup. Over low heat, add cheese, sour cream,
mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until cheese is melted. Just before
serving, stir in chives. Transfer to fondue pot and serve.
