4 chicken breasts,boneless, skinless
2 Cup(s) soft bread crumbs
1 salt
1 Teaspoon(s) thyme leaves,crushed
1/4 Teaspoon(s) rosemary,crushed
1/4 Teaspoon(s) ground black pepper
2 eggs
3/16 Cup(s) salad oil
3/4 Cup(s) white wine
Directions: Place chicken pieces in large shallow plate or tray. Mix bread crumbs, salt, thyme, rosemary and pepper in a pie pan. Beat eggs in a shallow dish. Dip each chicken piece in egg then into bread crumb mixture turning each piece to coat well. Heat oil in a large heavy skillet. Saute chicken until lightly brown on each side, about5 minutes. Add wine to skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 15 minutes. Note: may use other herbs as desired.
