Herbed Cheese Spread



Ingredients:
8 Ounce(s) Cottage Cheese
3 Ounce(s) Cream Cheese, softened
1 Tablespoon(s) Chopped Parsley
1 Tablespoon(s) Chopped Chives
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Leaf Thyme, crumbled
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Leaf Basil, crumbled
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Leaf Savory, crumbled
Directions: Press cottage cheese through a food mill or large strainer into a medium-size bowl. Beat in cream cheese until smooth. Stir in parsley, chives, salt, thyme, basil, and savory. Spoon into a serving dish; cover. Refrigerate several hours.
