Ingredients:
3/4 Cup(s) Shallot -- finely chopped
1/4 Cup(s) White vinegar or lemon juice
2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Basil
1/2 Teaspoon(s) Cumin seed -- Roasted and

1/2 Teaspoon(s) Celery, rib, chopped

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Makes one cup.
