Add vanilla. Boil. Reduce heat and reduce until thickened (will be a
little watery).
Pour into a squeeze bottle. Cool without top. Place lid on bottle and
refregerate.
To rehea Apple syrup Makes 2 cups. Serves 8-10 as a topping for pancakes. Also great as a
topping for cottage cheese or frozen yogurt.
Combine apple juice, brown sugar, cornstarch, salt and nutmeg in
saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and cook, stirring

TO MAKE 1 SERVING:

To make lemonade, dilute as follows:

Pink lavender lemonade The original recipe calls for hibiscus flowers and suggested
strawberries as a substitute. I have reversed the order. As well, I
don't think it is necessary to use distilled water in most locations.
In medium saucepan, combine 2 1/2 cups w Hawaiian lemonade In a large bowl or pitcher combine lemonade concentrate and 1 can of water.
Add apricot nectar and pineapple juice. Slowly pour ginger ale down side
of bowl or pitcher. Stir gently with an up-and-down motion to mix.

Raspberry currant syrup To serve, add a few tablespoons to cold or sparkling water

the raspberries and currants and boil gently about twenty minutes.
