Hearts of Palm Salad



Ingredients:
1 14 oz cans hearts of palm
1 head boston lettuce; torn into bite size pcs
8 Tablespoon(s) olive oil
5 1/3 Tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon(s) parsley; chopped
1 clove garlic; minced
1 salt and pepper; to taste
1 cherry tomatoes; halved
Directions: Place several lettuce leaves on individual plates. Top with hearts of palm. combine oil, vinegar, parsley, garlic and salt and pepper in a cruet and shake well. Drizzle over salad and serve. Contributor: daily recipes.com
