Ingredients:
1 38/125 Pound(s) sugar
1 corn syrup
1/8 any color food coloring
1 Cup(s) water
1 1/2 cinnamon oil
Directions: Boil to hard crack (290 degrees). Remove from heat. Add the cinnamon oil (or any other flavoring) and food coloring. Place in a buttered cookie sheet. When cooled, break into pieces.
