Ingredients:
1/8 Quart(s) milk
326/625 Pound(s) cheddar cheese
1 27/625 Pound(s) uncooked rice white rice
1 Pound(s) ground beef
1 Can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 Ounce(s) frozen peas
Directions: Cook rice and brown ground beef. Mix both into 9x13 dish. Add the Soup and milk and mix. Add green peas. Salt and Pepper to taste. Top with 1-2 cups cheese. Bake 350 for 20 min If you use the rice while hot you can microwave it till cheese melts 4-5 min. This will serve 6-8
