Directions: Brown and drain ground beef. To beef add onion, garlic power and chilli powder. Cook for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add tomatoes, kidney beans (with liquid) and rice. Mix well and pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake covered at 350°F for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
