California casserole Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking
dish (2-quart). In hot butter in large skillet, saute onion until golden
about 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in hot rice, sour cream, cottage
cheese, bay leaf, salt (opt Bean curd with carp Cut tofu into 1 1/2" by 1/2" long strips. Scrape the scales off the
carp. Remove the guts and the gills. Score 3 lines on each side of
fish. Heat oil in a wok. Fry tofu strip until golden brown. Remove

Combine the tomato paste and 1/2 cup water. In a casserole dish, layer 2
1/2 cups rice on the bottom, then the bean vegetable mixture, the Easy chicken casserole Cook chicken breasts (save broth). Cut into bite size pieces. Place
in bottom of 9 by 13-inch pan. Spread both cans of soup over chicken.
Spread stuffing on top, then add the 3 cups of broth. Bake at 375
degrees for 40 minutes.
