Ingredients: 2 instant onion 2/3 Pound(s) sharp, cubed cheddar cheese 7/8 Quart(s) warmed milk 10 cooked, choppped broccoli 1 38/125 Pound(s) cooked ham 12 cubed, no crust white bread 6 egg 1/6 Ounce(s) salt 417/10000 Ounce(s) dry mustard |
Directions: In large bowl, pour 6 beaten eggs over 12 slices, cubed (no crust) bread
Add:
2 ? cups cooked ham, cubed
1-10 oz. pkg, chopped broccoli, cooked
Warm: 3 ? cups milk (do not scald)
Melt: 2/3 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
Add and mix gently with milk/cheese
2 T. instant onion
1 t. salt
? t. dry mustard
Pour into 9x13 in glass dish
Set in refrigerator overnight
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees
The last 15 minutes sprinkle with shredded cheese
