Ham Rolls

Ingredients:
2 Pound(s) dry deli ham
16 Ounce(s) cream cheese
3 green onion
1 Ounce(s) horseradish
Directions: If the ham is packed in water, lay each slice on a paper towel and put one on the top to absorb the water. Leave the cream cheese out of the refigerator for 3 or 4 hours or until it is soft. Chop finely the tops of the onions-you don't use any of the green part.Mix softened cream cheese, onions and horseradish together. Spread a thin layer(or more if you like 'em chunkier) on each ham slice and start rolling them up from the end . Try to roll them kind of tight-they stay together better when you slice them. Cut 6 to 7 pieces per roll.
