Ham Quiche



Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cup(s) All-Purpose Flour
1 1/2 Cup(s) Butter Crackers, crushed
2/3 Cup(s) Butter Flavored Crisco
1/2 Cup(s) Water
2 Cup(s) Shredded Swiss Cheese
2/3 Cup(s) Minced Cooked Ham
3/4 Cup(s) Sliced Green Onions
1/4 Cup(s) Snipped Fresh Parsley
4 Ounce(s) Diced Pimentos, drained
5 Eggs
1 Cup(s) Whipping Cream
1 Cup(s) Half And Half
1 Teaspoon(s) Salt
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Pepper
Directions: Combine flour and cracker crumbs. Cut in Crisco until the mixture resembles coarse oatmeal. Sprinkle with the water, a tablespoon at a time. Toss with a fork until crumbs are completely moistened. Press mixture into bottom of ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan. Prick crust with fork. Sprinkle the Swiss cheese, ham, onions, parsley and pimentos evenly over the prepared crust. Beat eggs, cream, half and half, salt and pepper. Pour over filled crust. Bake at 400F degrees for 350F minutes or until set. Cool 5-10 minutes. Cut into 1 1/2x2-inch pieces. Serve warm.
