Ham Balls



Ingredients:
1/2 Cup(s) water
649/711 Pound(s) brown sugar
1/4 Pint(s) vinegar
1/4 Quart(s) milk
2 beaten egg
1 bread crumbs
1 ground, (not sausage) pork
1 1/2 Pound(s) ground, boneless ham
1/6 Ounce(s) dry mustard
Directions: Mix first 5 ingredients and make into balls. Pour vinegar, water, brown sugar and dry mustard over the ham balls. Cover and bake for 2 hours at 275 degrees. Take cover off last 15 minutes. Turn ham balls several times during baking.
