Ham & Cheese Casserole



Ingredients:
163/1250 Pound(s) flour
13/625 Ounce(s) black pepper
163/1250 Pound(s) butter
3/8 Quart(s) milk
2 chopped, cooked ham
2 1/2 sliced baking potato
151/193 Pound(s) shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 chopped onion
1/2 chopped green bell pepper
Directions: Melt butter in saucepan. Add flour and pepper. Cook over medium for one minute - stir constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in milk. Cook until thick. In a large bowl, mix all remaining ingredients with sauce. Bake in a covered casserole at 350 degrees for 90 minutes. Remove the cover after the first 30 minutes. Let cool 15 minutes before serving.
