Halibut with herb sauce



Ingredients:
18 Teaspoon(s) lemon juice (fresh)
3 Ounce(s) extra virgin olive oil
3 Tablespoon(s) basil; chopped
3 Tablespoon(s) chives; chopped
3 Tablespoon(s) parsley; chopped
6 6 oz halibut fillets
Directions: Puree first 5 ingredients in processor. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper. Preheat broiler. Brush fish with 2 tablespoons oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Broil until just opaque in center, about 5 minutes per side. Transfer fish to plates. Spoon sauce over and serve. Contributor: bon appetit march 2002
