4. Add the 1/2 cup chopped onion and heat, uncovered, in Micro- wave O White cabbage, grapefruit and grape salad Finely shred the cabbage. Halve and de-seed the grapes. Cut the rind and pith from the grapefruit, cut the flesh into quarters and slice it thinly. Mix all 3 together in a serving bowl.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well.
Garnish with lemon wedges and fresh pepper if desired.

Warm lemon-cumin chicken on pita bread salad Combine chicken and 1/4 cup oil in large bowl. Add garlic, 3 tablespoons
lemon juice, 5 teaspoons cumin, and lemon peel. Rub mixture into chicken to
coat. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Preheat oven to 400F. Combine remaining 6 tablespoons oil, 3 tables Chinese chicken salad Mix soy sauce, sherry, garlic powder, ginger. Marinate the chicken in this
mixture for several hours. Bake the chicken, skin side up, for 45 minutes
at 350 degrees F. Let the cooked chicken cool. When the chicken is cool,
shred it.
