Directions: In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, basil

Greek salad In a salad bowl, combine tomatoes. cucumber and onion. Sprinkle with oil, then with lemon juice, oregano and salt and pepper to taste. Mix in crumbled tofu and olives.
Cover for several minutes to let the tofu absorb some of the flavor.
