Sweet & pungent chicken Place chicken in single layer in large, shallow baking dish. In a
sauce pan, make sauce by mixing together vinegar, mustard, molasses,
soy sauce, cornstarch, salt, ginger, and pineapple juice. Simmer,
stirring, over low heat for 5 minutes. Brush sauce on Gammon (ham) steaks with whiskey sauce (irish) Brush steaks with melted butter. Snip fat to prevent curling, and grill
for 7-8 minutes each side. -- To make sauce, gently fry onions in
remainder of butter until cooked. Remove from heat and stir in flour
gradually. Add stock. Return to h Peanut sauce Heat the oil in a small saucepan over high heat. Add the garlic and hot peppers and cook until softened, about 1 minute. Add the soy sauce, coconut milk, peanuts, sugar, and rice wine vinegar, mix well and bring to a coil. Remove from the heat.

Garlic, ginger & Deluxe chocolate sauce Measure first 5 ingredients into saucepan. Heat and stir over medium heat until smooth. Remove from heat.
Beat in icing sugar, syrup and water until smooth. Pour into jar. Store in
refrigerator. Makes 4=BD cups.
Barbeque sauce - oriental Mix thoroughly and allow flavors to blend for at least one hour.
