Homemade worcestershire sauce In a medium saucepan, heat oil over medium heat and add horseradish,
onions, pepper and garlic. Saute until translucent, 5 to 8 minutes.
Add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Turn heat down, and
simmer 1 hour.
Strain through a doubl Foamy cranberry sauce Cream butter and sugar together. Add beaten egg yolk, cranberry juice and
orange rind. Fold in stiffly beaten egg white just before serving. Makes 1
1/2 cups and is excellent when poured over the Cranberry Pudding.
Chrain (horseraddish and beet sauce) Put everything in food processor. Taste. This one I really eyeball.
Salsa alla marinara (mariner's sauce) Saute garlic and parsley in oil. When garlic is delicately brown, add
