Ingredients:
2 1/2 Cup(s) Sugar
4 Cup(s) Water
2 Cinnamon sticks
8 Allspice berries, whole
10 Cloves, whole
1 Ginger, fresh; whole
4 Cup(s) Orange juice
4 Cup(s) Lemon juice
2 Quart(s) Apple cider
Directions: Combine sugar and water. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add spices. Cover and let brew 1 hour. Strain. Before serving, combine syrup, juices and cider. Bring quickly to boil and serve immediately.
