Ingredients:
1/4 Teaspoon(s) Orange peel; grated 1/2 oz Toasted almonds, sliced
1 Ounce(s) Uncooked couscous 1 tb Half-and-half (dry precooked semolina)
Directions: In small saucepan combine 1/4 cup water and the orange peel and bring to a boil; remove from heat and stir in couscous. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
